Fort Tryon Park in upper Manhattan is such a lovely spot! Gardens, quaint lawns overlooking the Hudson River, some incredibly beautiful archways, and the most perfect terrace for an outdoor ceremony! A pretty perfect place to become husband and wife if you ask me! Right in the park is New Leaf Restaurant. The venue fits in perfectly with its surroundings with its stone exterior and large arched windows that allow the breeze to come through so nicely on summer days. The reception space is a tented area on the patio. The flowers by Xylem and Phloem were out of this world, making this space feel like a romantic candle lit garden! Yes, it was a perfect location for Heather and J.P. Who have always enjoyed visiting The Cloisters Museum located in the same park. There was rain in the forecast initially but it ended up being a wonderfully sunny summer day with just a small shower that was followed by a rainbow! The bridesmaids looked fantastic with their airy boho dresses and whimsical bouquets. The groomsmen, quite debonair in grey tuxes with bow ties. I can’t say enough good things about Heather and J.P. They are such great people individually and together are even better. Wishing two you all the best!!
