Eileen & Casey
Scranton Cultural Center Wedding
It was a wonderfully sunny summer day which started off at Eileen’s family’s beach house in Pennsylvania. The property has been in the family for generations and is a space that is often occupied by this tight knit family. I love how Eileen grew up going to this house and has endless happy memories made there. They started the day well with upbeat music playing, some singing, and happy tears shed. A sweet father daughter first look, then it was off to meet Casey at a beautiful church for their ceremony! The reception was held at the Scranton Cultural Center, a masonic temple located in downtown Scranton PA which hosts shows and cultural events. Eileen had actually had some dance performances on their stage as she was growing up! The candle lit reception space was quite romantic with bulb strand lighting draped from the ceiling as accent light. The tablescapes were a delightful mix of glamour and rustic elements with trailing greenery, sequin table cloths on various tables, and gold accents sitting on top of rustic wood tables. I remember Eileen saying early on how important it is to have a lively dance party at the reception and I’m pretty sure this played a big role in her choosing such a twirl-able dress! It was indeed an amazing party from start to finish! Pizza and cookies were a late night treat as the reception wrapped up and a sparkler exit ended the perfect celebration! Casey and Eileen, I feel so honored to have been a part of your incredible day. I know you will have a life full of laughter and love together! Xo
