What a fun adventure it was to take a road trip with Kelly and Zak throughout Utah!
We set out to take engagement and wedding portraits at multiple scenic spots along the way and I’d say we accomplished our goal quite well! Our trip started in Salt Lake City exploring Big Cottonwood Canyon. We were greeted by snow which we weren’t expecting in May, but how beautiful it was! Our next stop, The Bonneville Salt Flats did not disappoint with the incredible reflections it displays! So very serene. Arches National Park was next on our list. We hiked to the Delicate Arch, reaching it just in time for sunset. Oh what a sunset it was! A cotton candy sky over the snow capped mountains in the background, simply stunning! We conquered Zion National Park the following day in all it’s glory! One the last day, we went to Bryce Canyon and ended with Antelope Island. They aren’t kidding about the swarms of gnats that infest the island in the spring. However, seeing this place, if even from the car is a must! I’m quite happy we hopped out to get sunset portraits here.
It surely was magical! Whew.. what a whirlwind, epic adventure! Thank you Kelly & Zak for inviting me along 🙂
That double exposure is very cool! Love the snowy shots. And the salt flats. Epic!
OMG!! The photos in the forest are so dreamy and romantic!!
